Mrs. Courtney’s Kindergarten Conduct Plan In order for every child to have the best opportunity to learn in a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment, all students are expected to follow our classroom rules. Our goal as a class is to follow the rules and understand that these basic rules help them build positive, respectful relationships with children and adults in our school community.
Our class rules: 1.Treat others how you want to be treated. 2.Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself. 3.Raise your hand to speak. 4.Walk quietly in the hallways. 5.Follow directions.
At the start of each day, all students begin on “S”. If he/she breaks a rule their clip will be moved to “warning” (because we all make mistakes from time to time). The students clip will continue to be moved to “S-, N or U” if rules continue to be broken. Or, your child may clip up for making good choices.

Students can receive individual rewards for good conduct: stickers, verbal praise, treasure chest, happy notes, individual treats, punch on “punch card”, etc.
You will receive more information about our school wide conduct reward plan, T.R.A.C.K. This is also based on your child’s conduct grades.
Students are also encouraged to work together and earn rewards as a team. (By table or group)
